Refund Policy
Simple: if the lifetime license isn't for you, you have 14 days to get your money back — no questions asked, no forms to justify.
1. The 14-day guarantee
Every purchase of the Humble lifetime license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day of purchase. Ask within that window and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
2. How to request a refund
- Reply to your purchase receipt email (it comes from Paddle, the payment processor) — their refund flow is linked right in it; or
- email hamzahadjtaieb@gmail.com with your order reference and the word “refund” — I'll trigger it with Paddle for you.
Refunds are executed by Paddle, the merchant of record, and typically land back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. What happens to your license
Once refunded, the license is deactivated and the free plan's limits apply again. Anything you exported while licensed remains yours — I don't claw back code.
4. After 14 days
Past the window, refunds aren't offered as a rule — a lifetime purchase is a one-time commitment, and the free plan exists precisely so you can try the full builder before paying. That said, if something is genuinely broken for you, write to me; I'd rather fix it or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's money.
5. The free tools
The tools cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund — they're free forever.
