1. What this site offers

The site offers: (a) Humble, a browser-based page builder with a free plan and a paid lifetime license; (b) a collection of free, browser-based utility tools; (c) information about my design and engineering services.

2. The free plan and the lifetime license

The builder's block libraries are free for everyone. The free plan limits the builder's output features: copying your assembled page's code (once per day), code export, deployment, and comments (two per project).

The lifetime license is a one-time purchase that removes these limits for the lifetime of the product. It is a personal, non-transferable license for one person; it is not a resale or redistribution right over the builder itself.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Humble product, including all future updates and block libraries, with no recurring payment. If the product is ever discontinued, code you have already exported remains yours.

3. Purchases are processed by Paddle

Orders are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and affiliates), acting as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing and receipts — your contract of sale for the license is with Paddle, and Paddle's checkout terms apply to the transaction. I never see or store your card details.

4. Your content and your exports

Pages you assemble in the builder are yours. Exported code is yours to use, modify and deploy for any project, commercial or not, with no attribution required.

The block designs originate from open-source and freely available libraries; their respective licenses (MIT and similar) travel with the code. Attribution notices included in exports must not be misrepresented as your own authorship of the underlying libraries.

5. The free tools

The tools (image compression, background removal, PDF utilities and others) run entirely in your browser. Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded to my servers. The tools are provided free of charge, as-is.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the site's services;
• no use of the builder or tools to produce unlawful, infringing or deceptive material;
• no circumvention of the free plan's limits other than purchasing a license;
• no automated scraping of the site at disruptive volume.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The site, the builder and the tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. I work hard to keep everything running well, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsYouAre's total liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, for free use, to zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

I may update these terms as the products evolve; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting license holders will be announced on the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. The sale transaction itself is governed by Paddle's checkout terms as merchant of record.
